Nexus Venture – Returns & Shipping Policy

At Nexus Venture, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our shipping, return, and exchange policies carefully before placing an order on https://wearnexus.store.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.
  • Express Delivery (Delhi Only):

Returns & Exchanges – General Rules

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • With original tags intact

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased during sale (including Mother’s Day Sale)
  • White or light-colored items
  • Washed, worn, or tag-removed products

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are only available for prepaid orders.
  • No refunds for COD or Partial COD orders
  • Return charge: ₹100 per product (deducted for logistics & handling)

Exchange Policy

  • Available for both Prepaid and COD orders
  • Only size exchange is allowed (no color change)
  • If the requested size is unavailable:
  • You can choose another product
  • Price difference will be adjusted accordingly
  • Exchange not applicable on:
  • Sale items
  • White/light-colored products

Out of Stock Orders

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

  • You will receive a full refund (no deductions)

Sale Items Policy

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Exception:
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will assist with replacement

Cancellation Policy

  • Before shipping: Free cancellation
  • After processing: ₹100 cancellation fee

Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Why ₹100 Fee?

This fee helps cover:

  • Packaging costs
  • Quality checks
  • Multiple shipping charges
